About Organize
See every page of a PDF as a thumbnail, then drag pages into a new order, turn them, or remove the ones you don't need. Nothing is rewritten until you press Apply.
How to use Organize
- Open Organize in the studio and drop in a PDF to see its page grid.
- Drag thumbnails or use the arrow buttons to reorder, and use Rotate or Delete on any page.
- Press Apply, then switch to the Read or Edit view and press Download to save the new PDF.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I reorder pages without dragging?
- Yes. Every page has arrow buttons to move it left or right, so reordering also works from a keyboard or on a touch screen.
- Does rotating or reordering reduce quality?
- No. Pages are copied as they are and rotation only changes each page's orientation setting, so nothing is re-rendered or recompressed.
- Is my file uploaded to a server?
- No. The file is read and processed inside your browser tab, and the result is created on your device. It is kept only in your browser's own storage until you remove it.
