About Fill form
Complete a PDF form by typing your answers directly onto the page, whether or not it has interactive fields. It works on scanned paper forms too, and runs entirely in your browser.
How to use Fill form
- Open Fill form in the studio and drop in the form.
- With the Type tool, click beside each blank, type your answer, and confirm it.
- Press Download to save the completed form as a new PDF.
Frequently asked questions
- Does it fill the form's interactive fields?
- No. Inkwell types your answers on top of the page instead of writing into interactive (AcroForm) fields. That is why it also works on flat and scanned forms, but any interactive fields themselves stay empty.
- Can I sign the form as well?
- Yes. Switch to the Sign tool in the same studio session, draw your signature, and place it before you download.
- Is my file uploaded to a server?
- No. The file is read and processed inside your browser tab, and the result is created on your device. It is kept only in your browser's own storage until you remove it.
