Terms of Use

Inkwell is offered free of charge, with no account. Most tools run in your browser; some features rely on third-party services, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We may change, limit, pause or discontinue any part of Inkwell at any time, including daily limits on the AI features.

Inkwell is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a conversion will preserve every detail of your document, or that a result is fit for a particular purpose.

• Keep your originals. Check every result before you rely on it, and keep a copy of the original file.
• AI output can be wrong. Summarize, Translate and Book brief and the Ask panel produce text written by an AI model. It can leave things out, misread the document or state things that are not there. Check it against the source.
• Security tools have limits. Check redacted, protected or unlocked files yourself before you share them.

• You keep all rights to the files you use with Inkwell. We claim no ownership of them or of your results.
• You are responsible for the files you open and for having the right to process them — including removing passwords, redacting, converting, and sending text to the AI provider.
• Do not use the AI features for documents you are not permitted to share with a third party.

Do not use Inkwell to:

• break the law, or infringe other people's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• open, alter or unlock documents you are not entitled to, or produce forged or misleading documents meant to deceive;
• send automated or bulk requests to the site or its AI features, get around its usage limits, or use it to run another service;
• attack, overload or probe the site or its infrastructure, or interfere with other people's use of it.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

To the extent the law allows, PT Solusi Kecerdasan Komputasi is not liable for any loss of data, profit or business, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of Inkwell or from relying on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
