How to use Merge PDF
- Drop two or more PDF files onto the sheet.
- Use the up and down arrows to put the files in the order you want.
- Press Run, then Download the merged PDF.
Frequently asked questions
- How many PDFs can I merge at once?
- Up to 40 files per merge. Because the work is done in your browser, very large files are limited by your device's memory.
- Are bookmarks kept?
- Pages are copied with their content and size, but the bookmark outlines of the source files are not carried into the merged file.
- Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
- Remove the password with Unlock first. Encrypted files may not merge correctly.
