Frequently asked questions
- Will my tables come out as rows and columns?
- Usually not. Inkwell reads the text in reading order and does not rebuild table structure, so each page's text typically lands in one cell of its own row. Use Excel's Text to Columns to split it further.
- Why does it say no text could be read?
- Your PDF is probably a scan, which is a picture of text rather than text. Run OCR PDF on it first, then convert the result.
